Overview You will lead a large new-build residential project in East London, guiding it from inception to completion. Working with an established, quality-focused housebuilder, you will shape delivery across circa 100 units in three RC frame blocks. You’ll collaborate with site teams to meet high standards of safety and workmanship. This role offers meaningful ownership over a prestigious development and the chance to contribute to a trusted, leading provider of quality homes. This is a collaborative, impact-driven position on a notable city project.
Responsibilities - Oversee the residential project from inception through completion
- Lead and motivate site teams on RC frame blocks up to 6 storeys
- Ensure health and safety compliance on site
- Coordinate day-to-day on-site activities and drive project progress
Key requirements - Track record with a reputable housebuilder as a Project Manager
- End-to-end project delivery experience
- RC frame experience
- Strong people management and teamwork
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Good longevity with previous employers
- Ability to commute to East London daily
